Minutes of Twenty-fourth Monthly Meeting

The 24th Monthly Meeting.

The 24th Monthly Meeting of our Association was held on 7th August, 2024 in premises of Senior Citizen Association Site at 5.00 PM.
The discussions and resolutions are given below;

Minutes of 24th Meeting held on 7th August, 2024.

The 24th monthly meeting of senior citizen welfare association was held on 7th August, 2024 in the premises of our office at 5:00 PM.

The following agenda was discussed and resolutions were passed in the meeting.
1. Birthday greetings were extended by all members to the members born in the month of August.
2. New members introduced by themselves.
3. The draw was held by the members for the chit of Series -1.
D. Sudhakar won the draw.
The amount of Rs55,000-00 will be paid to him on or before 12th August, 2024.
4. The president explained the need of at-a-time payment of commission in the first month itself instead of every month commission.
All the chit members unanimously agreed for this proposal of paying the sum of Rs50,000-00 without any draw.
This amount will be paid to the association on or before 12th August, 2024.
5. The President explained the pains undergone by Narasimha Rao Garu, Venu Mohana Rao Garu and Pandu Rangaiah Garu in completing the big task of completion of our building.
The construction work would not have been completed without their initiation. The president asked all the members to express the appreciation by claps. All the members expressed their gratitude with claps.
6. All the members expressed their opinion about future requirements for the building.
7. Venu Mohan Rao Garu presented the financial statement in brief with a deficit of Rs2,00,000-00.
8. The President declared the date of inauguration as 12th August, 2024 at 5.00 AM.
He requested all the members to attend and make the programme a grand success.
He further requested the members to come forward voluntarily for pre arrangements of inaugural function.
9. Dr CM Prabhu Garu explained about chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases in the program “DOCTOR GARI SALAHALU”.
10. To the question raised by treasurer, the General Body resolved to spend an amount of Rs80,000.00 to meet the expenses of building construction.
11. The meeting was concluded with vote of thanks by P. Bhaskar Garu.
